Mint Chocolate-Chip Smoothie


1 cup or less almond milk
1 cup water
1 small or 1/2 medium zucchini
1 small or 1/2 medium cucumber
1/2 banana
fresh mint (or mint extract if you don’t have any fresh mint on hand)
1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
1/4 cup cacao nibs
1 tbsp chia seeds


1. Put all ingredients in your Vitamix or other blender and blend it up.
