2 medium zucchini
2 tbsp high-quality olive oil
tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne


1. Slice zucchini thinly into a large bowl, using a mandolin
2. Combine the oil and spices in a separate bowl
3. Pour oil mixture onto zucchini and combine thoroughly
4. Set dehydrator to 118 degrees and dehydrate for 10 to 12 hours
