I loooove summer, I love warm weather, I love the beach, but it can be kinda brutal too. Like that time I went on a much needed beach vacation (possibly without adequate sun protection, oooops) and out popped a wrinkle. Or the realization that I packed on a few pounds while trying to stay warm during a crazy-cold winter (aka, maybe the bikini situation isn’t up to snuff).
I’ve created an event that’ll help you survive the summer and focus on something better—having fun.
Sounds pretty good now don’t it? (Sorry, that’s just my love of new country music coming through). I’ll talk about what not do to, a food theory that helps with bloating, and easy tips. I’ll share sample foods (if you join me live) and recipes.
I’ll also talk about one of the most overlooked things that you probably never do, but it affects how much you eat, how satisfied you are and what your belly looks like. It’s simple, but not easy (sorta like meditation).
Yup, some foods are cooler than others. They are also lighter. I’ll break it down. (Hint: the sample food/recipe is not going to be a heavy pasta).
I’ll also talk about another group of cooling foods, that’s also a beauty and youth enhancer.
Ok, this one’s a no-brainer—wear the sunscreen (I’ll give you names of good organic ones) and the hat (what’s with all the big, floppy hats this year?)
